Answer first: what 27mm means
On a panther ring listing, 27mm is the length of the panther head across the top of the ring, measured from the nose to the back of the skull. It is not the band width and not the ring size. A 27mm band would be wider than most thumbs. Some sellers use the number for the full face width instead, so ask for a photo of the head next to a ruler before you pay.
