That is a 4 Hz sweep, so the seconds hand moves the way a mechanical dive watch should. Cheaper listings hide a quartz movement or a low-beat automatic, and the tell is a ticking hand or a visible stutter. Rougher winding feel and a louder rotor are normal on clone movements. Neither is a dealbreaker at replica prices, but both should shape what you pay.
